JUNIQO Invest buys in Berlin for 23.5 million euros

In addition to six apartment buildings with 124 units, a building plot was also acquired.

The young Berlin-based transaction specialist and asset manager JUNIQO Invest GmbH, together with a partner, has acquired six apartment buildings in Berlin with an existing rental area of approximately 9,200 square meters. The properties and the building plot have a new construction potential of an expected total of 3,800 square meters of living space. The total purchase price was 23.5 million euros.
