JUNIQO Invest expanding in Bavaria

Real estate specialist buys 218 residential units in two transactions.

The young Berlin-based transaction specialist and asset manager JUNIQO Invest GmbH recently acquired several properties with a total leasable area of around 13,000 square meters in five cities in Upper Bavaria, Upper Franconia and the Upper Palatinate together with a Bavarian partner. The seller is an institutional investor. The properties in Upper Franconia and the Upper Palatinate were brokered by BGA Invest. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Previously, a conversion project with 49 residential and commercial units was acquired in Upper Bavaria in the Munich area.
