JUNIQO Invest sells 6 properties for 25 million euros

Berlin-based transaction specialist sells 130 units and plans new purchases in Berlin” business segment

The young Berlin transaction specialist and asset manager JUNIQO Invest GmbH is selling off-market properties worth 25 million euros in three transactions.

Three properties of the package are located in Berlin, one in the surrounding area of the capital and one each in Leipzig and Erfurt. In total, the existing buildings have 130 residential and commercial units. The total lettable area is around 8,700 square metres. There is no further potential for new construction in the properties.

“We parted with the projects ahead of schedule because good offers were available and we were able to meet our set targets faster than expected. In view of our acquisition pipeline and the further portfolio, we are convinced of our core business with investments in affordable housing in metropolitan regions and especially in Berlin. Therefore, we will make further selected acquisitions for our portfolio in the short term,” explains Nino Nowack, Managing Director and founder of JUNIQO Invest.

JUNIQO Invest specialises in the management and structuring of real estate transactions. For purchases, the focus is on residential and commercial properties as well as project developments with a volume of up to 50 million euros for the company’s own portfolio. Geographically, JUNIQO Invest concentrates on Berlin, Leipzig and other central locations in large and medium-sized German cities.
