Successful start for JUNIQO Invest

Real estate specialist takes over mandate for Berlin real estate portfolio with 259 units.

The young Berlin transaction specialist and asset manager JUNIQO Invest GmbH has recently taken over the asset and transaction management for a Berlin real estate portfolio from a Düsseldorf family office. This consists of eight apartment buildings with a total of 259 units and a total rental area of over 17,500 square meters. At the same time, JUNIQO was commissioned with the development of a new portfolio for the family office. The target size is at least 300 units with a portfolio value of at least 60 million euros.
